Strategically located just 20 minutes from Quebec City, the Versant Ouest du Mont Stoneham is adjacent to the world-renowned alpine ski resort, Station Touristique Stoneham, and close to the many attractions and shops of a dynamic, bustling region. The territory features 3 peaks (590m, 550m and 500m).
This area, unique in the region, includes several tributaries of the Trois Petits Lacs, and is home to large game (deer, moose, bear) and a variety of small game.
Its south-westerly orientation, 390m vertical drop and average natural snowfall of 370 cm (last 8 years) have made it a paradise for backcountry skiing and snowshoeing for over 50 years! It is currently possible to build 2 residences (including gites with a maximum of 6 rooms each) and 15 family maple groves. An RCI currently restricts the construction of forest shelters, but a new bylaw is expected shortly that will define the new standards surrounding the possibility of setting up forest shelters on some 43 remaining lots.
The residences are at high altitude, and each can have its own private helipad.
