The Domaine des Sorciers is one of the most beautiful properties on Île d'Orléans. Consisting of a total of 1,119,983.10 m2, it is bordered by the St. Lawrence River to the north and the center of the Island to the south. It includes a high quality main residence of nearly 420m2, a fully equipped artisanal cider mill operated since 2016. A road is paved to the maple grove, 4500-5000 taps with 10000 lbs of quota with the federation. Electricity goes to 3/4 of the land, private line of about 2 km . With all the equipment: reverse osmosis, oil boiler, 3 pumping stations.

The property has about 50 acres of cultivated fields, 10 acres of orchards (about 1,000 apple trees). Both the main residence and the cidery store have incredible views of the St-Lawrence river and the surrounding mountain range. 2,200 ft2 barn with cold room and a cidery store with terrace.
