50% deposit on full rental amount upon signing Lease Agreement, balance plus utility/damage deposit of 4000 (depending upon length of rental) paid three weeks prior to occupancy along with proof of liability insurance. If occupancy is less than three weeks from signing, full payment of rent, plus utility/damage deposit are due upon a fully signed lease agreement. Well behaved dog is acceptable. Tenant has use of bikes; SUP's & kayaks in garage. Minimum rental period of three months is preferred. Tenant will have parking privileges at area waterfronts ie Northwinds Beach, Peasemarsh Nature Reserve, Lora Bay Park, Bayview Park, Council Beach, Delphi Point Park and Little River Park.
