Moraira - Teulada is an absolute jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca. Moraira - Teulada had in 2019 a population of 11.112 inhabitants, of which 5823 were foreigners in 80% from other European countries. The municipal council passed laws that limit the height of buildings and protect the natural pines that cover the sides of the valley.
