Dehesa los Cuartos is located near Monfragüe National Park and is just over two hours by car from Madrid. This estate covers an area of 217 hectares and has ten ponds, several streams, and two springs.

The property includes a main residence, a house for the gamekeeper, a vegetable garden, wells, livestock management infrastructure, stables, a warehouse, and a riding arena that also serves as a bullring.

The estate is completely fenced and organized in different sectors. Currently, it hosts a Limousin cattle farm, with around 100 high-quality genetic cattle. During the montanera season, Iberian pigs feed on acorns produced by the property's holm oaks.

This estate is recognized as a private hunting ground for small game and wild boar, and receives an approximate subsidy of €30,000 from the Extremadura government under the Common Agricultural Policy.

The impressive main house, with a surface area of 1,025 m², includes four ensuite bedrooms, a magnificent living room, and a spacious kitchen with a pantry.
