This district of Sarriá – Sant Gervasi is almost entirely residential. Previously they were two separate neighborhoods, which makes that at the present time, these two areas of the neighborhood are differentiated with facility. Putxet is located on a small hill, which bears that name, where the Catalan bourgeoisie of the nineteenth century built their spectacular summer houses.
