The estate extends across 44 hectares, set amidst tranquil natural surroundings of maritime pines, holm oaks, expansive paddocks, and well-maintained stables. It is also a renowned thoroughbred horse-breeding farm, with the horses residing within the estate itself, offering guests an authentic and immersive experience in close contact with these magnificent animals.

At the heart of the property lies Villa Marigold, also situated within the estate, surrounded by elegant gardens and featuring a large swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests. Its privileged setting allows for leisurely walks among the paddocks, where guests may observe the horses in their natural environment. The villa offers eight double bedrooms and one single bedroom, accommodating up to 17 guests. The staff reside in a separate dependance within the grounds, ensuring both discretion and attentive service.

Since its construction, the estate has remained within the same family, who have long been dedicated to breeding thoroughbred horses. Today, it is available for exclusive rental, complete with an experienced staff accustomed to hosting guests for extended stays, as well as organizing refined lunches and dinners, often enjoyed poolside.

Villa Marigold was built in 1901 by the current owner's great-grandfather. At the time, the family, prominent Italian entrepreneurs, also cultivated a strong passion for horse racing, an element that continues to shape the character of the estate.
The location of the property was carefully chosen due to its proximity to the San Rossore Natural Park, which once housed one of Italy's principal training centres for racehorses. Situated between Rome and Genoa, the estate enjoyed a particularly strategic position.

The San Rossore Natural Park encompasses approximately 9,000 hectares of unspoiled landscape, extending to beautiful, untouched beaches. The area is rich in wildlife, including numerous bird species, deer, wild boar, and other fauna.
