Trulli Gemma is a holiday home located in Puglia, within the Itria Valley area (a UNESCO World Heritage site). The entire property extends over two adjacent agricultural plots of about 2 hectares, with olive and almond groves, as well as ornamental plants, hedges, and shrubs.
The residential part consists of a group of trulli and a lamia: the main building, a typical construction of the area made up of 7 cones and additional rooms, and the dependance, a separate but adjacent building.
The trulli can accommodate 4 adults plus 1 child. The main entrance opens into the living room with a decorative fireplace, sofa, and armchairs. In the right alcove (small cone) there is a dining table with chairs, while the left alcove houses the kitchen. From the living room, an opening leads to two double bedrooms:
The Master Suite, with a central alcove featuring a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, and side alcoves, one of which serves as a walk-in wardrobe with a single bed.
The Black and White Room, with a queen-size bed and bathroom with shower. All double bedrooms have independent access to the outdoors.
The Dependance can accommodate 3 adults. It features a covered veranda, kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a French bed, and a bathroom with shower.
Attached to the trulli is a covered veranda with a large dining table, a wood stove, a wood oven, and the main kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, wood oven, and various utensils. The property is completed by a swimming pool, a counter with sink and washing machine, an outdoor shower, a covered gazebo, and a play area with boules and table tennis.
Altogether, the two housing units can accommodate 7 adults (in 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a French bed) plus 1 child (in a single bedroom).
