The expansive beach is within a 7-minute walk, and the Sylter Welle leisure pool, train station, and daily necessities shops are nearby. You can safely leave your car in the apartment's parking space!

Your holiday apartment, Sunset Loft, offers sophisticated and modern interiors over approximately 40 square meters, accommodating up to two people. Completely renovated and fully equipped in 2023, you will feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel suite. The large, bright room exudes a fresh and comfortable atmosphere with its elegant wall color, and the cleverly designed layout guarantees that you will fall in love with this exclusive holiday home.
Upon entering, you will immediately notice the ultra-modern kitchen - decorated in beautiful shades of green and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances such as a Bora cooktop, Siemens oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and WMF filter coffee machine. After a satisfying meal, the round dining table with comfortable swivel chairs invites you to relax and enjoy the view over the rooftops of Westerland through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
The sleeping area, with its exquisite wall design, radiates a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The handmade Schramm double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) makes you want to sink right in, and the practical built-in closet provides plenty of space and storage for your luggage.
The highlight of your holiday home, Sunset Loft, is the large covered balcony facing west, where you can relax on the lounge furniture on warm days, or enjoy stunning sunsets with a drink in hand. From your outdoor room, you can admire the view over the rooftops of Westerland all the way to the dune! On cooler evenings, the large, stylish, and above all, comfortable sofa and armchair in the living area invite you to relax - maybe for an entertaining TV night? However, a modern flat-screen TV with a swivel screen also allows you to comfortably enjoy your favorite series from the comfort of your bed.
Next door is the modern, tasteful bathroom with high-quality dark fittings that contrast beautifully with the light marble tiles. Enjoy the invigorating rain shower and the luxury of underfloor heating. The washing machine and dryer are located in the shared laundry room in the basement.
