A house with history - and a future: this detached half-timbered house dating back to 1792 was extensively renovated to the highest standards between 2015 and 2019. Apart from the roof cladding and the characteristic half-timbered beams, the entire building fabric was renovated - ecologically well thought-out, technically up to date and with a keen sense for the original charm.

Under the guidance of an architectural firm experienced in half-timbered houses, an ensemble was created that combines tradition and modernity in a special way. With around 400 m² of living space, it offers spacious living on a plot of around 1,000 m² - with two outbuildings and numerous possible uses.

A former horse stable has been stylishly converted and is ideal as a party room, studio, home office or small business. The spacious garage with pit, workshop and electric door perfectly complements the space on offer. Further parking spaces are located under the carport with integrated storage room and on the paved outdoor areas. A fiber optic connection to the house ensures a future-proof digital infrastructure.

The fittings and furnishings are impressive thanks to well thought-out details: modern wall heating replaces traditional radiators, fed by a pellet heating system with convenient silo filling (built in 2017). Professionally restored beams, sustainable insulation materials, new electrics and water pipes are visible and tangible signs of the high-quality refurbishment. Only the listed front side is subject to restrictions - skylights and generous balcony doors could be integrated without any problems.
