The residence presents a horizontal volume distributed over two levels, with a wooden roof structure and expansive glass panels that establish a strong visual and functional connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Vertical circulation is highlighted by a sculptural staircase that connects the private area to the garden. The floor plan includes seven ocean-facing en-suite bedrooms, arranged to ensure privacy and efficient spatial organization, with the use of natural materials, neutral tones, and construction solutions aligned with the architectural concept. The landscaping, designed by Daniel Nunes, integrates native vegetation, organic pathways, outdoor living areas, and a tropical garden that complements the architecture.
