This property is located within Fazenda Santa Bahia, facing the largest coral reef barrier of the South Atlantic, eight miles off the coast or just fifteen minutes by boat. The Abrolhos Bank, the birthplace of the humpback whale, is the most important breeding area for this species in the Western South Atlantic. The region features lush forests with towering trees, a rich variety of birds and wildlife, freshwater lakes, and an artesian well. The property includes a permanent water reservoir with a 120,000-liter capacity and easy access via an aerodrome with two intersecting runways in Caravelas. Guests may also stay at the Fazenda Santa Bahia house to explore over 2 million square meters of forest, pristine beaches, and the surrounding region, as well as other properties owned by the group between Caravelas and Alcobaça.
