Past the pool table, there is a cold room with gravel floors that could be turned into a wine cellar, as well there is an entertainment room, a bathroom, and a fourth bedroom that is currently being used as a bedroom/office combination. Step outside of the walkout basement and see the stunning rock work that has recently been completed in the low maintenance yard. An outdoor fireplace is perfectly located to enjoy the gorgeous evenings that the Shuswap has to offer. There is a small patio beside the cabin for relaxing after a day in the sun and watching for local wildlife.

There is no zoning for the cabin, so it is possible to use it for rentals; although the current owners have never rented it out. There is also a grandfathered buoy on Shuswap Lake, only a short drive from the property. This property is within walking distance of a CSRD public beach and is only a short drive away from Anglemont Marina, hiking trails, a golf course, and more!
