Double Barrel Vineyards offers the opportunity to own 42 acres of prime, producing, Black Sage Bench vineyard land. With 39 acres planted between 2008 and 2021, a two bedroom manufactured home, four wind machines, a machine harvester, and a water license for just over 26 million gallons, this vineyard farm comes with everything needed to immediately begin producing quality grapes.
