I began my real estate journey while teaching at Seneca College in Toronto. Alongside two colleagues, we purchased, renovated, and sold rental properties-an invaluable experience that sparked my passion for real estate and ultimately led to a full-time career in the industry.

After leaving education, my wife, Martina, and I, along with our two dogs, moved west-first to Vancouver and then to Victoria. Since 1999, I've served as a trusted real estate advisor, building long-term relationships with a diverse group of clients, many of whom return for repeat purchases and sales.
I specialize in residential properties, including condos, townhomes, luxury homes, and equestrian estates, with expertise throughout Oak Bay, the Greater Victoria region, and up to Shawnigan Lake. My approach, shaped by years of teaching, is consistent: listen carefully, educate clearly, advise thoughtfully, and negotiate skillfully.

As a qualified Commercial Realtor and licensed Property Manager, I also assist clients with business sales, leasing, and investment rental properties.
