Nick Smith

In 2003 Nick purchased his first home, which was the catalyst for his eventual and sustained love affair with real estate. He quickly sold that home and purchased another, using the proceeds from the sale to invest in schooling for interior design. After years of school and working with design minded clients and HGTV, Nick met a Realtor who convinced him that his talents would be best put to use in real estate and he never looked back. As a family man and a former designer, Nick has a great working knowledge of homes from all aspects, especially how families operate in their homes and space. This is what has led to Nick’s continued success in the industry. That and the no nonsense approach to data and analytics. Nick believes that it’s not an agent one needs, but a partner.

When Nick isn’t busy ensuring that his clients are being well looked after, he’s spending time at home with his 3 kids and his wife, trying to stay sane.
