My first hand experience with real estate investing, reinforced with industry recognized designations and achievements, provides my clients with confidence in my expertise. Complimentary to my clients, it is my passion to provide design and staging guidance in achieving the maximum aesthetic value out of one's home. This includes a bespoke staging service utilizing one's one belongings, which many include an addition of decor items, paint recommendations, and access to renovation and contractors for essential repairs. Should the property be vacant, virtual staging images that compliment and are strategically selected are created, and if the budget is suitable, guidance for a collaboration with local staging services. Floorplans, drone video footage, professional photography and video, and virtual open houses are core services included as part of my marketing plan. From Introduction through to Post Sale, I hold as a fundamental that nurturing the relationship is the key to my long term success, with 95% of my business derived from repeat and referral clients. I pride myself in the boutique approach of servicing my clients.

It is with great honor and gratitude to be entrusted by many of the Okanagan’s most prominent and successful developers, builders and residents (and those aspiring to be one!). As the lead pre-sales agent for Kelowna's acclaimed luxury waterfront towers ONE WATER and new resales of 1151 Sunset (Kerkhoff Construction's first tower in Kelowna before ONE WATER), multiple pre-and new resales for Troika in Lake Country, Kelowna and West Kelowna, and from design concept to 100% success of pre-sales in Predator Ridge by Aldebaran Homes, among many other collaborations of new homes and lots in Predator Ridge, Wilden, West Harbour, and The Orchard in Lower Mission, demonstrates my expertise and diversity of experience.

My services can include drawing from and including the expertise of planning and development and relevant municpal applications of multi-family or single family project development, digital and brand design, photography, design/staging, CRM campaigns, and global relocation.

My Story
With an eye and passion for design, I pursued my dreams in the West Coast, obtaining a Design Degree from Wilson School of Design, and working in the design industry in Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary for the next 10 years. This creative phase of art, fashion and interior design, evolved into a career of interior decorating and staging in commercial and residential spaces. My experience and talent in staging and renovating have been a valuable asset for my clients for 20+ years in the real estate industry, with 12 of those years under the unparalleled Sotheby's International Realty Canada brand. After raising 2 children in Calgary, I made the courageous and unlamented relocation to beautiful Kelowna in 2019.

I enjoy painting, bass fishing, golf, camping (yes, in a tent!), fitness and nutrition, cooking( I am a bit of a foodie!), travel, football, and spending time with my family, often challenging each other in a board game. I love surprising my clients with some of my creations and a sample of some of my favourite things. To share is to be blessed!
