Over the past decade, Michel has held brokerage, management, and senior leadership roles with some of the most recognized real estate brands in Québec’s Laurentians region, including RE/MAX and Royal LePage. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself through his ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and support sustainable business growth while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and professional standards.

His professional experience is further strengthened by a background in operations engineering with the Société de transport de Montréal, as well as formal education in Architectural Technology.
