Mark Lukwinski

Mark has a diverse background leading up to his real estate career which started in 2007. Having graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Science in Geophysics in 2001, Mark was working in the Energy Sector when he and his business partner endeavoured to develop a fourplex in Marda Loop also known as South Calgary. This project was invaluable when it came to learning how to design, manage and build four homes simultaneously at the age of 27 while working full-time in downtown Calgary.

Mark married his beautiful wife in 2006 after completing the development and they were expecting their first child. It was at this time he decided to obtain his real estate license and chose to work as a Realtor while keeping his day job. In 2007, Mark and his wife decided to move to the westside of Calgary where they still reside in Aspen Woods. After 10 years of dual employment, Mark made the decision to focus on real estate and has been helping individuals, investors and families buy and sell their homes ever since. Mark prides himself in ‘Elevating the Experience’ of real estate for his clients. Having won numerous awards over the years, Mark continues to share his passion for real estate with his clients and looks forward to helping many more families find their dream home.

Mark was born and raised in Red Deer, moved to Calgary in 1989, attended junior & senior high school in Okotoks and graduated from the U of C. He lived on an acreage near Millarville which allowed him to enjoy the rolling foothills on his motorbike, Mark also gained experience with horses, silver foxes, ferrets, peacocks, pheasants, and bison. Fluent in both English and Polish, Mark leverages his multifaceted background to navigate various situations with finesse, ensuring optimal outcomes for his clientele.

When Mark is not working with his clients, he can be found cycling in Springbank and area, on the trails with his mountain bike in West Bragg Creek, Canmore and Invermere, exploring the mountains on his motorbike, or enjoying Windermere Lake. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs and is a proud parent to two daughters in grades 9 and 11, as well as a stepson serving in the Canadian Military.

He enjoys working with first time home buyers, growing families and savvy investors. His experience ranges from downtown Calgary to satellite communities such as Okotoks, Cochrane, Airdrie and rural properties in Rockyview, Foothills and Bighorn Counties.
