Meet Linda

Linda is a passionate City Builder, dedicated community advocate, and a deeply rooted champion of her hometown, Toronto.

Linda firmly believes that culture is foundational to building a vibrant, prosperous, and resilient city. As a devoted patron of Toronto’s cultural community, she actively supports landmark institutions including the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Museum of Toronto, and the Musical Stage Company. Her leadership extends to serving as a Director on the Board of the Luminato Festival of Arts and as a past Director of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

A long-time resident of Yorkville, Linda is heavily invested in the local community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the ABC Residents’ Association and has been an active voice in the local business community through the Yonge Bay Bloor Business Association, the Yorkville Bloor BIA Design Committee, and the Yonge Bay Bloor Police Liaison Committee. Whether she is representing residents on critical planning and development issues or running in the annual Yorkville Run to raise funds for local charities, Linda is always actively engaged.

Her foundation in real estate began at just ten years old, acting as a translator for her mother to help purchase and manage properties, including a 21-unit apartment building. This early exposure sparked a lifelong career path. After graduating with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Linda spent years designing and managing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. She later transitioned into consulting and due diligence for land acquisition and development—a diverse background that ultimately led her to real estate sales.

By combining her deep understanding of city planning, design trends, and local market dynamics with her prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, Linda offers her clients an unparalleled advantage. Backed by an extensive network and a discerning eye, she provides both local and international clients with expert guidance they can trust.

Linda is also a past Vice President and Founding Director of the Toronto Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
