Kevin O'Toole

Prior to becoming Managing Broker for Sotheby's International Realty Canada in early 2019, Kevin spent 15 years as a Realtor in Vancouver receiving a number of sales awards and certifications including:

• Top 10% Best Selling Agents in Vancouver
• Top 5% of Realtors in North America
• Certified Fine Homes International Specialist

Before becoming a Realtor in Vancouver, Kevin spent 6 years in London, UK working in international corporate media sales and digital consultancy. Some of Kevin's digital consultancy accounts included international property group, Savills; as well as NM Rothschild, British Telecom, Ocado, The Daily Mail Group and the BBC to name but a few.

Much like Kevin's business experience being a mix of international and local, Kevin's educational background is multifaceted as well. Kevin attended Simon Fraser University, British Columbia Institute of Technology, Dublin City University and UBC's Sauder School of Business.

Kevin's volunteer work includes being a member of West Vancouver's Long-Range Planning Task Force, working at Easter Seals 24hr Relay for the Kids as well as being a Zone Captain for the Canadian Cancer Society.
