Kel Parry and his family have had ties to Vancouver Island for what seems like a lifetime… and it has.

In 1969 his parents bought waterfront property in Nanoose Bay, just minutes from Nanaimo, Parksville & Qualicum Beach and now he and his wife raise their own family in this amazing community.

Kel’s love of real estate came quite naturally. He learned the building blocks of the business from his father, a real estate investor and someone who always had great foresight for seeing the long-term potential of a neighborhood or community. “Don’t settle on location” his father would say...sage advice that Kel always followed and now passes on to his own clients.
