From commercial to residential, multi-unit to land acquisition, and pre-construction to investment properties, Josh continues to diversify and excel in various classes of real estate. With a business built on meaningful relationships, exemplary service, and local knowledge he remains committed to providing his clients a seamless transaction in any market. Josh also continually looks to expand his industry knowledge and is completing his last year of an MBA at the DeGroote School of Businesses, with a specialization in Real Estate Finance and Investment. His hard work has also resulted in his acceptance into the Schulich School of Business for their Masters of Real Estate and Infrastructure program.

Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Josh was a 2-time, All-American NCAA Varsity Soccer player. Following his graduation, he played professionally in both Austria and Germany. Throughout his time as an athlete, Josh has proven that he does not settle until he achieves ultimate success. Now, when he isn’t advising clients, he enjoys his newfound passion for golf, as well as traveling around to new parts of the world. His core pillars consist of knowledge, authenticity, and hard work, and these qualities are proven through his strong commitment to his clients, as well as everything he does outside of real estate. Josh wants nothing more than to help his clients realize their real estate dreams.
