The connections built throughout the years and hundreds of millions of dollars in successful transactions make Jihane the go-to person when it comes to real estate advisory and selling.
In 2005, Jihane started her real estate career in Montreal, her hometown, and decided to move to Dubai in 2007 with the aim of learning the other aspects of luxury and off-plan real estate and taking her career to a whole new level.
Eager to learn and succeed, she completed her first Dubai transaction, a condo in the Shoreline in Palm Jumeirah, within the first 3 weeks of arriving in the city.
In 2012 in Dubai, she founded CasaYou and partnered with Luxury SQFT, an online media and publishing company focused on connecting HNWIs as buyers and sellers in international luxury markets such as Sydney, Hong . Kong, Cape Town, Munich, London, New York and many more.
Back in Montreal since 2019, Jihane succeeded in implementing her knowledge acquired abroad on the Montreal real estate market and completed hundreds of successful transactions.
Her clients admire her calmness, knowledge of the market, being able to plan and execute according to the targeted buyers of each property, listening and understanding their needs and her transparency.
