For decades, Ms. Williams has been featured and interviewed numerous times in the press, including the prestigious publication Architectural Digest. She founded Smart Girl Workshops in 2006 to teach women how to build wealth through real estate. She has taken an active volunteer role in the real estate profession by sitting on various real estate committees at the local (TRREB) and provincial levels (OREA). Since 2007, she successfully lobbied for revisions to various rules and by-laws while advocating for the increase in violation fines.

Since founding one of Ontario’s largest neighborhood watches in 2019, she has enhanced community safety through visionary leadership and strategic collaboration. As Watch Captain, she oversees more than 28 street captains, coordinating efforts that strengthen her community and foster trust with local authorities. Her work bridges the gap between residents, police, and politicians, creating a model of proactive community engagement that is recognized for its impact and effectiveness.
