Jackson Thurling is celebrating his 25th year of sales in the real estate industry and is a recipient of several awards for outstanding sales achievement. Jackson brings 20 years of executive administration from positions held at the University of Toronto and the Red Cross Society. He has developed a high level of expertise and a fine-tuned intuition, which makes each purchase and sale appear as though it is negotiated with ease.

Jackson was born and raised in the Humber/High Park area of Toronto where his great grandparents on both sides were the first settlers. He has subsequently lived in Cabbagetown, Riverdale, Forest Hill, and Rosedale. His sales records encompass all of the Toronto core and surrounding area, as well as country properties around his home in Northumberland County and regions of Peterborough/Kawarthas, Hastings County and Bay of Quinte . His key to success is clear communication and perseverance. Jackson has built trusting relationships with a loyal clientele that enlist his services over and over again. More than 90% of his business has come from clients that have used his services before and from clients that are referred to him.
As an accomplished and seasoned veteran in real estate, Jackson is personable, fun and a pleasure to work with.

In 2021, Jackson teamed with his life partner Randall Pearle to assist with his expanding business. Born in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Randall moved to Toronto in 1996. He holds a BA from Dalhousie University and worked 23 years in the health care field. Before joining Jackson at Sotheby’s Realty as a Sales Representative, Randall also worked assisting him in an administrative capacity for 16 years where he developed a love of architecture and a devoted interest in the real estate industry. This experience gave him the professional knowledge of the intricate details and workings of residential and commercial real estate sales.
