Doug’s experience encompasses more than 28 years of real estate industry experience from his start in Alberta where his performance ranked in the top half a percent for realtors through to Management and Executive roles in a number of real estate-focused businesses in both Calgary, Vancouver, and Victoria. Doug’s focus and expertise are in driving revenue, ensuring compliance, building high functioning teams and improving productivity while delivering extraordinary client service.

Most recently, as a real estate consultant, Doug’s particular focus has been on improving performance and providing leadership to achieve individual realtor’s goals along with corporate goals, which has contributed to the growth and success of numerous individuals and organizations in the real estate sector.

Doug’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and includes Managing Broker roles in both British Columbia and Alberta along with designations as a Certified International Property Specialist, a Certified Property Manager, and a Certified Residential Property Appraiser.
