Coreen Morrison

Coreen began her real estate career in Toronto in 1987, as the youngest member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Within weeks of employment, she deftly located a home for her first client and has never looked back. With a strong passion for homes and design she has built and renovated many properties over the years. Coreen has been featured in “Toronto Life Magazine” as one of the city’s top realtors. In addition she has been quoted in many of the city's major newspapers such as the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star and the National Post.

Coreen boasts many decades of experience and a solid reputation for working with integrity at the highest level. She has consistently provided sound, astute guidance for her clients throughout the home selling and buying process.

In 1995, during the Toronto Raptors formative years, she won the contract as the 'official real estate agent' for the NBA Raptors. She is lauded as a powerful asset to many of the professional athletes and coaches moving here at the time (1995-2006). Coreen has also lived and practiced her Real Estate profession in Los Angeles, working mainly in the west side coastal neighborhoods of Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. She has had a long history of assisting relocating clients and brings a very valuable perspective in her unique understanding of neighborhood profiles, in different cities.

With such a wealth of expertise, she has also provided consultations and representation for international clients in Canada, US, Central America, the Caribbean and as far away as Bali, Indonesia, assisting investors, property owners and managers.

Coreen is known as hardworking, conscientious, witty and resourceful. Her thoughtful, discreet style, strong work ethic and exceptional negotiation skills, has allowed her to build an extensive network of referral and repeat clientele. She just loves interesting homes, people and putting them together.

Toronto is home and her favorite neighbourhoods include the central areas of Wychwood, Humewood, St Clair West, Yorkville the Annex and downtown. With a keen sense of adventure and curiosity, Coreen is an avid world traveller, as evidenced by her travel blog, while she travelled through Europe, South East Asia, Mongolia and Japan. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle, cycling, gardening, sailing, scuba diving and has hosted many memorable dinner parties and get togethers. Her other joys include the arts, music, theatre, comedy and volunteering in her local community.
