Brianna Romanowski

Brianna Romanowski is a real estate broker with Sotheby's International Realty Canada specializing in Downtown and West Toronto. Since entering the industry in 2018, she has built her business on trusted relationships, strategic guidance, and a strong understanding of Toronto’s evolving housing market.

Brianna works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the Greater Toronto Area, assisting clients with both freehold and condominium properties. While her primary focus is Downtown and West Toronto, she also serves clients in surrounding markets such as Oakville, Hamilton, and the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

Having lived in Toronto’s west end since 2012, including High Park, The Junction, and Swansea, Brianna has developed a deep appreciation for the character, architecture, and lifestyle of the communities she represents. Known for her relationship-driven approach, she guides clients through each stage of the real estate process with professionalism, insight, and a focus on long-term goals.

Brianna’s passion for architecture, design, and the distinctive character of Toronto’s neighbourhoods shapes her work each day. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring the city’s dynamic culinary scene and curating thoughtful lists of standout restaurants, neighbourhood favourites, and hidden gems. She also enjoys day trips throughout Ontario discovering emerging culinary and hospitality destinations.

Prior to entering real estate, Brianna worked as an international flight attendant with Air Canada, where she developed a strong foundation in client service while working with people from diverse backgrounds across the globe. Her travels fostered a lasting appreciation for urban design, city planning, and the character of communities worldwide.

She holds a broker license and remains actively engaged in professional development, regularly attending industry conferences such as Inman Connect, along with real estate and design events.
