A Vancouver Island native, Brian brings high energy, reliability, and over 20 years of real estate experience to his role as a Sotheby’s Realtor. His straightforward style has helped him transact over $250 million dollars of real estate involving some of the island’s most unique and sought-after properties. He has earned numerous awards as a top 5% producing agent and he has produced record-setting sales throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

Brian’s resume is extensive and includes bringing two high-end luxury brokerage brands to British Columbia and Alberta. His most recent role was as Managing Partner overseeing operations throughout British Columbia for one of the brands he introduced in BC. As the master franchise holder, Brian also was integral in opening offices in Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, and the Cowichan Valley.
Brian brings a lifetime of Vancouver Island knowledge, a robust background in international marketing, and a strong knowledge of all facets of complex transactions.

Born in Victoria in 1964, Brian’s family moved to the Cowichan Valley the following year. With the exception of occasionally taking time out to travel, he has lived on the island his entire life. Brian’s past entrepreneurial accomplishments include owning several successful businesses. Through these pursuits, as well as his personal outdoor adventures, Brian has developed a level of patience and tenacity that is advantageous when negotiating the complex details of a real estate transaction. His technological expertise and network of dedicated marketing specialists, in union with the power of Sotheby’s International Realty, ensure his clients’ properties gain maximum exposure.

A proud husband and father, Brian considers himself fortunate to live in the most beautiful place on earth and to share the island lifestyle with his clients. When he’s not representing clients in real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, fishing, playing hockey, kart racing, and running.
