When looking for property in the 1000 Islands we’d been told the only people to talk to were Todd and Tony at Sotheby’s Realty. They did not disappoint. After meeting with my wife Tina and I to really understand what we wanted they put together a few properties that suited our needs. They heard us. We’re now happily into our new vacation home and loving it. In early March 2017, we contacted Todd to inquire about cottages in the 1,000 Islands. We specified our criteria, budget and timeline and shotly thereafter, Todd provided us with active listings and kept us well informed about the market. After several weeks of corresponding via email, we made the trip up from Burlington, to see 4 different properties. Todd took great care in chosing the cottages and discussed at length the pros and cons of each Lake and community. He clearly saved the best property for last, as he knew it met all of our criteria.
