Knowledge beyond just residential transactions
While we have appreciated her in our various residential home deals, we have also experienced her expertise in the more advanced deals of commercial rental properties and winery/farms. She always comes prepared not only with the insight of comparables, but is well versed in market trends and is particularly keen on aligning the goals of buyers with sellers, shaping the variables that create a "win/win" situation. Her subtle respectful manner fits perfect with often forceful and opinionated parties emotionally entrenched in their own deals, helping to create positive and successful outcomes.

Far exceeded expectations and was not self serving in any way
When we set out to purchase a home in Niagara we decided we would work on our own, doing the leg work and reaching out to realtors as required to view homes that aligned to our interests. Through the course of our search we met Michelle. Initially we worked with her as we had with others, no commitment beyond the specific house we were viewing. After our first meeting with her, we both commented we had liked her approach, she had a good way of letting us find our way around the home but always being immediately available and responsive when we had questions.During this first meeting she was able to obtain a good understanding of what we were looking for and was also good at following up with potential leads on new properties. She worked effectively with us, looking after our interests, leveraging her very strong market knowledge and network of associates within the region to help us make decisions on different properties we expressed interest in. Over the course of several months and quite a number of property viewings, Michelle become our defacto go to person. She was very balanced in her approach, acting as strong advocate for us but also providing useful information to guide us if she believed we were not making appropriate assessments of potential properties. She supported us through a number of unsuccessful offers, exhibiting a strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Her knowledge and contacts were beneficial and helped us avoid what could have been a very costly mistake along the way!When we did find the right property and it was time to close, Michelle continued to go above and beyond. She far exceeded any expectations we had of what a realtor would do. What we appreciated most was her genuine desire to help us close on our new home quickly, it was not self serving in any way, which is what we had experienced with previous agents we had worked with over the years. Many thanks to Michelle for her help, guidance and patience! We couldn't be happier, our new home is exactly what we were looking for and we are very appreciative of the effort she made to help us find it.
