Judy Shaw

Judy has experience 'plus', with over 25 years of marketing and selling properties in Whistler and area. Fourteen of those years she was Managing Broker of Whistler Real Estate Companies. She shares with clients a vast knowledge of current market conditions, property valuations and available residential, recreational and investment products. She will introduce you to what you need to know about Whistler zoning bylaws and the legal and accounting aspects of purchasing and selling properties in the resort. If you are a non resident she can guide you through the process and direct you to professionals for further assistance.

Judy discovered Whistler in 1988, moved with her husband to the community the same year, and enthusiastically endorses it as the 'number one' place to live. Former careers are resort real estate sales, commercial property manager, restaurateur and teacher.
