Craig has lived and raised his family on the North Shore for more than a decade.
His background is that of 25 year commercial lawyer with an extensive background in residential property sales, commercial litigation and corporate restructuring. After leaving the private practice of law, Craig served as VP, Corporate Sales and General Legal Counsel for the Canadian subsidiary of a multinational company.
With considerable personal experience in the purchase, development and sale of residential, mixed-use properties and raw land subdivisions, becoming a Realtor® was a natural progression.
On entering the industry, rather than wait for international buyers to come to Vancouver, Craig pursued relationships with partners in China, the Middle East, Germany, Australia and Latin America. Those same partners refer buyers to his clients’ listings.
