My journey in Real Estate Development commenced in early 2008, overseeing deficiencies for a private joint venture development in West Kelowna. This marked the beginning of a compelling chapter where I facilitated the turnover of numerous high-end, lakeside resort condominiums, subsequently expanding my role as a liaison between owners and contractors in various other developments. Simultaneously, I played a pivotal role in acquiring and developing properties for private investment holdings, focusing on residential and luxury home builds.
Leveraging a background in psychology and counselling, I bring a unique perspective to client interactions. Understanding the nuanced needs of clients and stakeholders, my approach results in mutually beneficial resolutions with minimal resource expenditures.
In addition to my professional journey, I actively contributed to community service. As the former treasurer on the Board of Directors for the CPCA, I oversaw financial matters. Engaging in the Not-For-Profit sector, I focused on initiatives supporting vulnerable populations. In my past role as a registered Counsellor and Co-founder of Interior Counselling Group, I was dedicated to individual well-being, offering support for personal growth and mental health. This dual commitment reflected my belief in the transformative power of community engagement and personalized care to enhance lives.
