Real estate for Cyrille is the link between his university background, his experience with the CCA and his professional experience with the world of finance. The representation, preparation, negotiation and of course satisfaction are as much motives as they are capacities that drive him to surpass the needs of an upper scale clientele. These desires of creating, exceeding and putting parties into contact correspond with the standard of his client's expectations and for each of one of his real estate transactions.Cyrille's capability of representing both selling and purchasing clients is founded on his solid personal and professional background which is above all very well adapted to the field of real estate. As record holder of the French baccalaureate and 2 master degrees in urban studies and economics, his first professional experience was with the world-renowned Canadian Center for Architecture (CCA). He met Phyllis Lambert, founder of the CCA, after being laureate of an international contest at the world-renowned Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, in Cambridge in the United States. Following his studies, Cyrille went on to the world of finance having spent many years with the TD Canada Trust acting primarily as personal financial services advisor.
